Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

1. Introduction

DollarFlow (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

You do not need an account to use the Service, and we do not ask for your name or email address to read it.

  • Messages you send us. If you write to us, we receive your email address and what you write.

Information collected automatically

  • Request details. Our host, Cloudflare, handles every request to the Service and records standard details such as the IP address, the address requested, the time, and the browser and device details your browser sends.
  • Abuse-protection counters. To stop automated copying of the Service, we group IP addresses by network (the first three parts of an IPv4 address, or the first three groups of an IPv6 address) and keep counters for each network, such as which pages were opened and when. We keep them for up to a day after the last request from that network. A network that breaks our limits is paused for up to 6 hours.
  • Two cookies and some browser storage, described in section 6.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • To protect the Service from automated copying, abuse, and security incidents
  • To answer messages you send us
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the Service
  • Law enforcement when required by law or to protect our rights
  • Business partners in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, and we do not pass information about readers to the providers of the market data we show.

5. Data Security

We protect the Service with encryption in transit (TLS), restricted access to our systems, and the abuse protection described above. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We set two cookies. The first, __Host-df_clr, is set only after you pass the short browser check that heavy or automated traffic is shown. It holds a signed token and lasts up to 12 hours. It is needed to keep the Service available, so a browser that refuses it is asked to pass the check again.

The second, df_depth, is set when you choose how much of each page to show. It holds one digit, how much of each page you chose to see. Your browser sends it with each request so that we build the page at that depth, and we use it for nothing else. It lasts a year.

Your browser also keeps a few more settings on your device only: the last company you opened, the height of the chart, and whether a page guide is open. We never receive those. We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. You can clear the cookies and these settings in your browser at any time.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. Abuse-protection counters are erased about a day after the last request from a network. Cloudflare keeps its request logs for its own retention period. We keep messages you send us for as long as we need to answer them, and delete them on request, subject to any legal retention requirements.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access and receive a copy of your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your personal data
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time

We keep no accounts, so what we hold about you is a message you sent us, or a network counter that we cannot tie to a person. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@dollarflow.com.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
